Consultation (In-Person Belfast Office)

Service Description

Select this consultation format if you are based in Northern Ireland and prefer a face-to-face meeting at our Belfast office. The max allocated time for a consultation is 1 hour, during which we will conduct a thorough review of your circumstances. To provide you with clarity and direction, the session typically covers the following elements: 1. Identification of the possible immigration routes available to you. 2. Admissibility requirements for your chosen route. 3. A review of necessary documents and supporting evidence. 4. A transparent breakdown of Home Office costs and professional fees. 5. Explanation of the phases of the application process and expected processing times. If during the consultation it appears that some or the whole matter at hand exceeds the current level 1 advisory and representation capacity, I will be point you in direction of an another OISC regulated professional for a second opinion and/or lodge the application. To protect the confidential nature of the client-advisor relationship, audio or video recording of the consultation is strictly prohibited by either party. The professional fee for the initial consultation is £150. The consultation fee must be settled in full in advance to secure your appointment slot. Payments are processed safely via our external partner platform, Square. When booking your appointment, please provide 1) your full name and billing address (for the issuance of a formal invoice), and a 2) succinct description of your immigration matter or the specific visa route you wish to discuss. We deeply value both your time and ours. If you need to reschedule, please do so with sufficient advance notice. In the event of a "no-show" or if the consultation is cancelled on the same day as the scheduled appointment, a strict £75 retention fee will be applied to cover administrative costs and reserved time.
